Join us for a hands-on workshop where you will learn practical defensive techniques and safety awareness in everyday situations. Students will learn to practice using their voice and standing up for themselves, using their intuition, and being aware of their surroundings.

Class instructors will teach basic striking techniques as well as break away tactics. The student will physically strike and kick padded mats while working with an instructor and/or partner.

Please wear athletic attire and bring water. Class size limited to 20 participants. Minors must be accompanied by participating adult.
