Catering & Menus

French Creek Catering is a full service company. We help to put together a very important part of your event with tender loving care. We will work hard to make sure this is an easy and worry free experience so you can concentrate on your event, family and friends. You may pick from our Banquet menus or choose from our A La Carte menu to put your own special flare to your reception. We know that the food is one of the "main events” and we will strive to make this wonderful not only to eat but a pleasure to view as well.

The Basics
Deposit & payments: $500.00 REFUNDABLE

Deposit is due at booking. One Half of your balance due within 60 days of the event and the reminder of the balance is due 7 days prior to the event as well as your final guest count.  If you should CANCEL your event 30 DAYS OR LESS prior to your event your $500.00 will be RETAINED.

Dishes, flatware, linens, plastic beverage glasses and mugs are provided. If stemware is needed, rental can be arranged.

Alcohol

You must obtain a banquet license and must hire from our list of bartenders. $25.00 an hour, minimum of 4 hrs required. This license must be posted on the day of the event. Your guests must be of legal age to drink. Our bartenders can not legally serve to a person who appears intoxicated. This fee includes ice, plastic ware and napkins are extra fees.

Non-alcoholic beverages

Punch, lemonade, ice tea & sodas are an extra fee. $1.25 dollar per person. Is added to the catering fee if French Creek Catering is asked to purchase it.

Service staff

The necessary staff to serve your event is included. If hours are extended, an additional staff fee will be added to the bill; $15.00 per staff member per hour and $25.00 per hour for bartenders.

Taxes

Applicable taxes will be added to your bill.

Gratuity

18% gratuity will be automatically added to your catering.
